Write to us about anything you have bought or are about to buy. Sizing questions, a valve that will not seat, which hopper suits a four year old, whether a 53 inch tube is too much for your pool — all of it lands in the same inbox and is answered by someone who has inflated the thing in question.

If you are writing about a problem, three details get you a fast answer: which product, what exactly happened, and roughly when you bought it. A photo of the seam or valve helps more than a paragraph describing it.

Orders, delivery dates, returns and warranty claims are handled by the retail partner that sold you the item, because they hold the order and we do not.
